“Good for them, doing this very tough play, in a place where it may meet with a less than enthusiastic reception. I wish them all the best and hope they can open some eyes and change some hearts in the process” -Anonygrl
I have not found anything about protesting; but we all wonder.

Used a a funeral service, a memorial service, at a dedication of a tombstone or unveiling as some communities call them. It is also used during services as a memorial prayer for the deceased, or used at a wedding if there are deceased parents.

Translation of “E-l Malei Rachamim”
O G-d, full of mercy, Who dwells on high,
grant proper rest on the wings of the Divine Presence –
in the lofty levels of the holy and the pure ones,
who shine like the glow of the firmament –
for the soul of (…)
who has gone on to his world,
because, without making a vow,
I will contribute to charity in remembrance of his soul.
May his resting place be in the Garden of Eden –
therefore may the Master of Mercy
shelter him in the shelter of His wings for Eternity,
and may He bind his soul in the Bond of Life.
Hashem is his heritage,
and may he repose in peace on his resting place.
Now let us respond: Amen.

Emily
September 22, 2010
Working on my Cubism Photoshop Art in the lab at night. Came across this image. I can see this as Emily or the Angel–At first glance I saw only the right half of the painting because it cut off the computer screen…I thought it was angel wings.
